Result of your test

The code is printed on the test packaging. It is a unique combination of 12–13 letters and numbers. If it is a 12-digit code that does not start with TV, TB, TU, TA, or TN, we will redirect you to the correct portal of the respective supplier.

The test result is available within 24 hours after receipt of the sample. You can try again every fifteen minutes to retrieve the results or leave your email address to receive a notification.

Unfortunately, we cannot help you if you lose your code. Your test is not linked to your order or personal data in any way. We can, however, offer you a discount on a new test.

Yes, that is possible. First, enter the code to check whether the result is available. If it is not yet available, you can choose to receive an email once the result is ready.

The email subject is "Results available" and contains a direct link to the page with your test results.

We do not store any personal data. The code you enter is not linked to your order or personal information. If you value extra privacy, we can anonymize your order in our webshop upon request.
